Cold Brew, Nitro
1959. The year that the cold brew extraction process was born and Apffels was there! Apffels developed a custom blend of coffee, specifically for extraction with cold water. This extraction was used to create the world’s first ice cream infused with coffee, known as Jamoca®. 70 years later, we work with select extractors throughout the US, providing custom coffee blends for a wide range of extraction and RTD clients.
